Es wurde die Datenschutzerkl\u00e4rung von Mifar erstellt, die den Schutz aller personenbezogenen Daten der Benutzer gew\u00e4hrleistet und eine rechtm\u00e4\u00dfige, korrekte und transparente Datenverarbeitung garantiert. Es wurden spezifische Sicherheitsma\u00dfnahmen ergriffen, um dem Verlust der Daten, der rechtwidrigen oder nicht korrekten Nutzung und dem unbefugten Zugriff vorzubeugen. Neben dem Verantwortlichen der Datenverarbeitung wurden auch Auftragsverarbeiter ernannt. Die umfassende Prozedur zur Anpassung an die DSGVO hat die Schulung der Mitarbeiter und interne Audits umfasst, um die korrekte Umsetzung der Prozeduren durch das Personal des Unternehmens zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.
