Following installation of new production lines and preparatory work for a new Research and Development lab, the Rescaldina-based company — specialized in the manufacture of predispersed pigment preparations (Chips) — decided to move its executive offices to Milan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As of September 2015, Mifar\u2019s headquarters are now located at via Turati 26, Milan. The new space is home to the sales division, administration, marketing and, soon, also to the Purchasing and Procurement sections. Mr. Meli, Managing Director<\/strong> of Mifar, points out that the need to relocate the company\u2019s offices arose with the recent expansion of some new production lines:
\nStarting last year, MIFAR made a series of investments in the installation of new production lines in order not only to improve working and safety conditions (bringing them into compliance with new standards) but also the efficiency of the existing facilities, considerably expanding its production capacity.<\/em><\/p>\n

Relocation of the executive offices to Milan not only made it possible to install the new production lines but also brought an upgrade in Research and Development<\/strong> with the hiring of a new R&D manager<\/strong>, Amalia di Matteo, who joined the Mifar team in May. With the expansion of the laboratory into the space previously occupied by the Mifar executive offices in Rescaldina, the company aims to drive compelling new developments in the area of Chips research.<\/p>\n

Mifar is already committed to a busy 2016 with its decision to participate in two major international events:
\n– Eurocoat 2016<\/strong>, Paris, March 22-24
\n– Incosmetics 2016<\/strong>, Paris, April 12-14<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
