Milan, 16th April 2020 \u2013 We\u2019re still in Phase 1 of Lockdown.\u00a0Mifar has gradually been resetting its internal organisation since mid-February, when Italy entered the Covid-19 emergency, the first of all the European countries.<\/p>\n

We were faced with an unforeseen, unpredictable and unprecedented situation. Today, looking back over the last two months, we are satisfied with how we reacted, with flexibility and by working as a team. In fact, Mifar has been working continuously since the beginning of the Covid-19 emergency, following the institutional protocols and all the precautionary recommendations.\u00a0We have changed our production process, reducing the production capacity to guarantee maximum safety in the workplace. We have arranged shift work in the Rescaldina facility to ensure the interpersonal safety distance. We sanitise and disinfect the working environments twice a day. The body temperature of employees is measured as they enter the premises. Visitors are forbidden. For other company functions, we immediately switched to a home-working model and cancelled meetings and business trips.<\/p>\n

Like all Italian companies, together with those in Europe and around the world, we are currently focused on maintaining conditions of maximum safety and protection, making preparations to \u201crestart\u201d with Phase 2, confident in our expertise, our operations and our strength of collaboration.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
