Cette d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement voulue et vise \u00e0 diffuser aupr\u00e8s des parties prenantes de Mifar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une culture d&rsquo;entreprise fond\u00e9e sur la l\u00e9galit\u00e9, la correction et la transparence<\/li>\n<li>une culture du contr\u00f4le<\/li>\n<li>un syst\u00e8me organis\u00e9 de gestion durable en termes de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et de protection de l&rsquo;environnement naturel<\/li>\n<li>un syst\u00e8me organisationnel visant \u00e0 garantir la s\u00e9paration des t\u00e2ches, des r\u00f4les et des responsabilit\u00e9s entre les fonctions op\u00e9rationnelles et les fonctions charg\u00e9es des contr\u00f4les, ainsi que vers une efficacit\u00e9 maximale de l&rsquo;entreprise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le Mod\u00e8le a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 sur la base de la structure et des activit\u00e9s men\u00e9es \u00e0 bien par Mifar S.r.l., en tenant compte de la nature et de la taille de son organisation, et est parfaitement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le et de gouvernance existant. Mifar S.r.l. a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;identification des activit\u00e9s sensibles dans le cadre desquelles il est possible que les infractions qui figurent dans le d\u00e9cret soient commises et a ensuite d\u00e9fini les proc\u00e9dures de contr\u00f4le et les principes et r\u00e8gles de pr\u00e9vention.
