Milan, 09th September 2020 – More than 4 months after the entry into force of our “Anti-Contamination Operational Protocol for Control of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) Risk” aimed at implementing the correct measures to prevent any type of contamination during the work activities, Mifar continues to confirm its commitment to creating healthy and safe working environments and conditions for a gradual restart.

This commitment involves all aspects of the working day: from staggered entrances, to flexible hours, giving preference to internal and external meetings by video-conferencing, and postponing participation in events to next year. The Rescaldina plant operates on a shift-work basis to prevent gatherings of people. Body temperature is measured at the entrance and an anti-contamination kit is supplied daily to workers.

These are only some of the operational aspects of the working day, which include many others. “Distancing, masks, smart working” is the paradigm that will lead us to recovery.
